Isolated Techniques:

Kicks: Teep (push)L & R / Teh (round)L & R –to leg/body/neck

Boxing: Jab / Cross / Hook (L only) / Uppercut (R /L) / Overhand (R only) / Shovel Hook (L only)

Knees: Kao Tang (straight knee) / Kao Dai (curve knee)

Elbows: Sok (elbow)-horizontal/descending / Sok Tad (Jab Elbow-L&R)

Combinations:

Four-counts: 1.) R. Teh / Hook / Cross / L. Teh  / 2.) L. Teh / Cross / Hook / R. Teh

Boxing: 1.) Jab / Cross / Hook / 2.) Cross / Hook / Cross / 3.) R. Uppercut / Hook / Cross / 4.) Overhand / L. Uppercut / Overhand

Elbow/Knee: 1.) L. Sok Tad / R. Sok (Descending) / L. Kao Tang  / 2.) R. Sok Tad / R. Sok (horiz.) / R. Kao Tang

Defenses:

Kicks: 1.)Teep – Scoop / Football Catch / 2.) Teh – Poon (Evade)/Block / Catch

Boxing: 1.) Jab/Cross –Parry / Cover / Scoop / Slip/ 2.) Hook/Uppercut/shovel Hook-Cover & Check / 3.) Overhand – High Cover

Knees:  Kao Tang – Cover & Push

Basic Pram:

Clinch: Neutral (Neck/Elbow Grip) / Full Grip / Kao Dai (Neck/Chicken Wing Grip)

Knee Defenses: Hip-in / Off-balancing (Pull/Half-turn)

Basic Counters:

Kicks: Teep – 1.) Scoop / Teh (outside leg) / 2.) Left Hand Football  Catch / Hook / 3.) Right Hand Football Catch / Overhand / Teh – 1.) Poon/ Teh / 2.) Block / Teh (same side) / 3.) Catch/toss-out / Teh (opposite side)

Boxing:  1.) Hook – Cover & Check / a.)Cross-b.)L. Kao Tang-c.)R. Sok  / 2.) Overhand –High Cover/ a.)R. Uppercut – b.) R. Kao Tang
